Role & responsibilities

- To ensure client satisfaction on all aspects of safety & security related training.
- Plan, monitor and keep record of monthly On site training and “new joiners - enrollment and Training”.
- Issue monthly Training Programs (MS Word).
- Make monthly Training reports (Power point).
- Plan training as per of PSARA regulations.
- To oversee taking over of current units for deployment.
- To be able to supervise / conduct Fire Mock drill, evacuation practices, audit of security deployment at sites and site surveys for new proposals for deployment.

To report to MD and GM Training & Recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Retired JCO / Warrant Officer / Petty Officer / Sargent / Senior NCO from the armed forces (Army, Navy or Airforce), Para Military Forces or related sectors with defense background.
- Individuals who are physically fit, possess strong analytical and communication skills.
- Should be good in use of computers in office work like, MS Excel, MS Word and MS power point, Emails.
