Eligibility Criteria

- Telugu proficiency is mandatory (speaking and understanding).
- Strong telecalling experience, preferably in customer support or collections.
- Must be from a Banking or NBFC background.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Educational qualification: Any UG degree.
- Age limit: Up to 33 years only.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.
- Max CTC: 4.5 LPA + INCENTIVES

Job Responsibilities





- Handle customer calls in Telugu for loan-related queries, collections, and support.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate call records and update systems promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
