- Performs device configurations, internal operating system upgrades and software upgrades and deploys Infoblox physical/VM appliances.
- Troubleshoots DDI problems and recommends corrective procedures; assists with troubleshooting Infoblox equipment and all other DDI.
- Understand how security controls are applied to technology such as SIEM, TACACS, Cyberark, Splunk, etc.)
- Performs customer service duties and responds to client DDI change, problem and incident tickets as defined by management, while completing assignments in a timely manner maintaining SLAs and the highest level of quality
- Willing to work in 24/7 Shifts
