- Collaborate with physicians and coding teams to improve documentation quality.
- Support accurate ICD coding by ensuring complete clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards and regulatory guidelines.




- Maintain confidentiality of patient health information.
- Participate in training and continuous learning programs.

Eligibility

- MBBS (Mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, and Disease Processes.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
