Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and other airport procedures - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Communicate with airline staff,
pilots, and other ground personnel to coordinate flight schedules and procedures - Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Conduct security screenings and follow all safety protocols and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized airport terminal, including restocking supplies and cleaning common areas - Assist with loading and unloading baggage and cargo from aircraft - Operate airport equipment, such as baggage carts and tugs, in a safe and efficient manner - Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies that may arise,
