About the Role: SAGE University Bhopal is seeking a visionary academic leader to head our Institute / School of Management. The HoS will be responsible for driving academic excellence, fostering industry-academia partnerships, and ensuring the curriculum aligns with modern global business demands and NEP 2020 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Academic Leadership: Oversee the BBA, B.Com., MBA, and PhD programs, ensuring rigorous academic standards and innovative teaching methodologies.

- Accreditation & Compliance: Lead the department's efforts in securing and maintaining NAAC, NBA, and other relevant accreditations.

- Industry Integration: Forge strategic tie-ups with corporate partners for guest lectures, internships, live projects, and placement opportunities.

- Faculty Development: Mentor departmental faculty,



encourage high-impact research publications (Scopus/ABDC), and conduct regular FDPs (Faculty Development Programs).

- Administrative Excellence: Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and daily administrative operations efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Ph.D. in Management from a recognized University. Plus a Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) with first-class academic records.

- Experience: Minimum 15 years of total experience in teaching, research, and academic administration.

- Research: A solid track record of high-quality research publications and experience guiding Ph.D. scholars.
