- Lead a team of mechanics to ensure effective breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in the production process.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 18-30 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance practices.
- Proven track record in leading teams or supervising junior staff members.
