- A business-facing professional who can identify opportunities to solve business problems using AI/GenAI.
- Solid analytical thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into AI product requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and data science.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and enterprise AI transformation.

Key Qualifications :

- 4-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Product Analysis, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, use cases, and workflow design.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog management.




- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

What does the job entail ?

- Identify and evaluate business challenges and determine AI feasibility.
- Define business workflows, process journeys, and functional requirements for AI solutions.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and AI product backlogs.
- Work closely with business, technology, and data science teams to deliver AI products.
- Support solution testing, rollout, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor business impact and recommend enhancements to maximize value realization.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Product Management, Agile/Scrum, AI/GenAI, or related disciplines are an added advantage.
