Roles and Responsibility/Duties to be performed :-

- Collect, compile, and consolidate HSE data from multiple project sites, plants, and operational locations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Interpret safety data and identify potential risks, recurring issues, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and maintain HSE dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and management information systems for effective performance monitoring.

- Prepare detailed MIS reports, monthly HSE performance reports, and executive summaries for Group HSE Head and senior management.

- Create qualified PowerPoint presentations for monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE review meetings with management.

- Generate graphical representations, charts, trend analyses, and benchmarking reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Track and monitor closure of HSE action items arising from audits, inspections, incidents, and management review meetings.

- Coordinate with site safety teams to obtain timely reports, supporting documents,



and corrective action updates.

- Support the Group HSE Head in developing strategic safety initiatives, annual objectives, and performance improvement plans.

- Conduct comparative analysis of site-wise safety performance and promote sharing of best practices across locations.

- Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for board meetings, client reviews, corporate reviews, and external audits.

- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and proper documentation of all safety performance records.

- Support internal and external HSE audits by providing data analysis, reports, presentations, and compliance statistics.

- Develop automated reporting tools, trackers, and dashboards using advanced Microsoft Excel functions and reporting techniques.

- Monitor statutory compliance status and maintain centralized records related to HSE performance across all group locations.
