Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage month end reporting process, including fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, and record to report (RTR).

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly closing activities.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to RTR processes.

- Develop and maintain effective controls around RTR processes to ensure compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) team lead role.

- Solid knowledge of SAP systems and proficiency in Fixed Asset Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Month End Closing, and Month End Reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S. preferred).

- Proven track record of managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.
