We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Jagadeesh PVT LTD, a leading consulting firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions across diverse industries. As a Fresher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our client projects, contributing to compelling presentations, marketing collateral, and digital content that communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact. You will work closely with consultants, marketing teams, and project leads to transform concepts into visually engaging assets that elevate brand presence and support business objectives. This is an ideal position for a passionate designer eager to build a strong foundation in professional design while contributing to high-impact consulting deliverables. Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling graphics for client presentations, reports, proposals, and marketing materials.

Create digital assets including banners, social media content, infographics, and email templates.

Collaborate with consultants and project teams to understand content needs and translate them into effective visual narratives.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs in alignment with company and client branding guidelines.





Utilize design software to produce high-quality print and digital materials for internal and external use.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output. Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (recent graduate preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.

Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including presentations, infographics, and digital graphics.

Ability to take feedback and iterate designs efficiently.

Basic knowledge of web and print design standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.

Familiarity with team-oriented tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana is a plus.

Compensation

₹15,000 per month during the first three months (probation period).

₹25,000–₹30,000 per month upon successful completion of probation.

Performance-based salary revisions above ₹30,000 for exceptional contributors.
