Role Description The Founding Legal Interns for the Sovereign Govt Tech AI Prototype (Think10x Innovation Platform of MOI UAE Proposal – Dubai) at Vedanta Mobility will support legal, policy, and governance research for AI-driven mobility and immigration infrastructure. This internship role is on-site/hybrid based in Bengaluru, working closely with founders and core team members on regulatory analysis related to government-led migration programs, cross-border compliance frameworks, and public sector innovation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing relevant laws and regulations, assisting with drafting concept notes, legal memos, and policy briefs,



and helping structure documentation for proposals and institutional engagements. Interns will also contribute to stakeholder mapping in government and public sector ecosystems, support preparation for meetings or presentations, and collaborate with technical teams to align legal considerations with product and prototype development.

Qualifications

- Law Students or Fresh Graduates who are willing to continue with International corporate Law Firms or Tech Companies.
- Who are ready to work in GCC or Europe after successful completion of Internship
- Experience or robust interest in public sector and government ecosystems, including Government Relations and Local Government contexts.
- Ability to engage with Public Sector stakeholders and understand policy, governance, and administrative frameworks.
- Strong Communication skills, with clarity in written legal drafting and concise presentation of complex regulatory concepts.
- Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting statutes, regulations, policy documents, and cross-border compliance requirements.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B or equivalent); exposure to administrative law, public international law, or technology law is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an interdisciplinary environment with product, AI, and operations teams; ability to translate legal insights into practical recommendations.
- High attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and a structured approach to research and analysis.
- Interest in AI, digital governance, migration systems, and innovation in government technology, especially in GCC or global contexts.
