We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Executive to join our growing team and uphold the highest standards of fine dining service.

Position Summary The Food & Beverage Executive will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring seamless restaurant operations, outstanding guest service, and adherence to Burma Burma's service standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury hospitality, premium restaurants, or five-star hotels, with a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and guest engagement.

Candidates with experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), fast-food chains, cloud kitchens, or delivery-focused restaurant brands will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable dining experiences that reflect Burma Burma's hospitality standards.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations during service.
- Welcome and engage with guests, understand their preferences, and provide personalized dining recommendations.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients, beverage offerings, and Burmese cuisine to confidently guide guests.




- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to established SOPs and fine dining standards.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain impeccable grooming, hygiene, restaurant cleanliness, and table presentation.
- Support upselling initiatives by recommending menu specials, signature dishes, and beverages.
- Assist in inventory control, stock management, and minimizing operational wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Support special events, seasonal promotions, and new restaurant openings as required.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service within luxury hospitality, premium restaurants, or fine dining establishments.
- Experience in five-star hotels or premium hospitality brands will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, restaurant operations, food & beverage service, and guest relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, guest-centric approach.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-service setting.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
