Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot Taluka. This role involves assisting with daily food preparation, supporting meal service, and ensuring that food and beverage areas are clean, organized, and hygienic. The Food and Beverage Assistant will help set up and transparent dining areas, restock supplies,



and follow safety and quality standards.

The role includes interacting with students and staff, responding to basic queries, and providing courteous customer service. The individual will work closely with the kitchen and hostel management teams to maintain consistent service and a positive dining experience. Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage handling.

Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and basic dining area maintenance.

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills.

Basic knowledge of hygiene, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is beneficial.

Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as required.

Prior experience in hostel, canteen, cafeteria, or F&B; operations is an advantage.
