Position : Deputy Manager Financial Planning and Analysis and Commercial Analysis - Listed Company - Chemical Manufacturing Industry - Indian MNC

Location - Navi Mumbai

Experience Level:

- Qualified CA or CMA with 3 + years of experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis and Commercial Analysis

Key Responsibilities: 1. FP&A; and Commercial Analysis

- Lead the Financial Planning C Analysis (FPCA) function with a focus on commercial performance
- Drive volume and contribution margin analysis at both standalone and consolidated levels

1. ROCE s Product Group Analysis

- Conduct Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) reviews
- Collaborate with Product Managers for PG-wise profitability and performance analysis

3. MIS s Reporting

- Manage standalone monthly closing processes
- Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports to senior management

1. Budgeting s Forecasting

- Play a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle
- Ensure alignment with strategic business goals

Audit Support

- Coordinate and support statutory and internal audits
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of audit requirements

1. Process Digitalisation

- Contribute to finance process automation and digitalisation initiatives
- Identify and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Required Skills s Qualifications:

- Mandatory: Experience working on SAP
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Excel
