Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

What You'll Do

✔ Generate current business opportunities by meeting hotel owners, General Managers, and key decision-makers.

✔ Present and demonstrate Hotel Software solutions to prospective clients.

✔ Manage the complete B2B sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

✔ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

✔ Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

✔ Track opportunities from Lead → Demo → Proposal → Closure.

✔ Coordinate with Implementation and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding.

✔ Build long-term relationships with hotels and hospitality groups.

✔ Travel extensively within your assigned territory.

? Who We're Looking For

✅ 0–2 years of B2B Sales experience.

✅ Experience in Hotel Software Sales or Hospitality SaaS is preferred.

✅ Knowledge of hospitality technology solutions such as:

- Property Management System (PMS)
- Channel Manager
- Booking Engine




- Hotel ERP
- POS
- Hotel CRM
- Revenue Management System (RMS)
- Hospitality Technology Software

? Required Skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality technology
- Excellent B2B field sales skills
- Product presentation & software demonstration expertise
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Relationship management
- CRM proficiency
- Target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel
