● Deliver classroom and practical training sessions in fashion design, tailoring, and garment construction ● Train candidates on sewing techniques, pattern making, cutting, stitching, and finishing ● Provide hands-on exposure to industrial sewing machines and tools ● Guide trainees in basic fashion design concepts, fabric knowledge, and measurements ● Conduct practical demonstrations, assignments, and assessments ● Monitor trainee performance and maintain attendance, assessments, and MIS reports ● Support trainees in portfolio development and project work ● Prepare candidates for job readiness, including interview preparation and workplace etiquette ● Ensure proper maintenance of machines, tools, and training materials ● Coordinate with center team for smooth execution of training programs
