Role Description The Fashion Merchandiser (Full-time, remote) will be responsible for planning, selecting, and managing product assortments that reflect Noshleaf’s brand identity and meet customer demand. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and market trends, creating merchandising plans, and coordinating product launches across digital retail channels. The role will involve collaborating with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to optimize product presentation, pricing, and promotions.

The Fashion

Merchandiser will also oversee online visual merchandising, ensure inventory accuracy,



and monitor performance to drive sell-through and margin targets. Regular reporting, competitor research, and contribution to seasonal collections are key components of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and understand customer preferences.
- Sales and Retail experience to interpret store and e-commerce performance and align assortments with demand.
- Marketing knowledge to support promotional strategies, product storytelling, and brand consistency across channels.
- Analytical skills, including data interpretation and trend analysis, to inform merchandising decisions.
- Understanding of fashion, textiles, and garment construction, with an eye for fit, color, and visual appeal.
- Proficiency with merchandising or retail management tools, spreadsheets, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in fashion or lifestyle brands.
