We design garments inspired by India's stories, mythology, heritage, folk art and craftsmanship, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build that vision from the ground up. This is a paid internship with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) prospect for exceptional performers. What You'll Do
Fashion Design
Design new garments and collections
Create technical sketches & tech packs
Digital illustrations (Procreate / Photoshop)
Hand illustrations & artwork
Surface design & garment graphics
Hand-painting on garments
Develop hand-embroidery concepts Production
Coordinate garment sampling
Manage production timelines
Work with artisans & vendors
Fabric & trim sourcing
Ensure timely production of orders & stock
Maintain quality throughout production
Brand Content & Visual Storytelling
Document the journey of building Kavadea
Shoot aesthetic BTS, founder & product content using an iPhone
Record beautiful everyday moments naturally
Create & edit Instagram Reels
Capture products, artisans, shoots and creative processes
Help build the visual identity of Kavadea
