We are hiring an Area Sales Executive for a leading Refined Oil/FMCG company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the distributor network, driving sales, managing retailers, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the distributor and dealer network in the assigned territory.
- Appoint recent distributors and expand market coverage.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to drive sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect payments and coordinate with the accounts team when required.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit market feedback.





Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in refined oil, edible oil, food products, or consumer goods.
