Job Description (JD) – ERP & Tally Executive

Position: ERP & Tally Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented ERP & Tally Executive to manage the school's ERP system and accounting software (Tally). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting various departments with ERP operations, and assisting with financial data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the school's ERP system.
- Create and manage user IDs, roles, and access permissions.
- Ensure accurate data entry for students, staff, admissions, attendance, fees, and examinations.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors for issue resolution and system updates.
- Generate ERP reports for management as required.
- Maintain accounting records using Tally.
- Record vouchers, receipts, payments, journals, and bank transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Assist in fee reconciliation and financial reporting.




- Provide ERP and Tally support to staff and conduct basic user training.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and timely backups.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Certification or hands-on experience in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Experience with School ERP systems will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of ERP software and Tally.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience in a school or educational institution.
- Knowledge of fee management, payroll, inventory, and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
