Field Officer (FOS) – Credit Card Recovery

We are hiring dedicated and result-oriented Field Officers (FOS) for our Credit Card Recovery Team.

Hiring Locations:

- Bikaner
- Jodhpur
- Udaipur
- Churu
- Chidawa
- Kota

Job Responsibilities:

- Visit customers for credit card recovery.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding dues.
- Negotiate repayment plans and assist customers in resolving pending payments.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and recovery updates.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is Mandatory.
- Two-Wheeler is Mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence Preferred.
- Good Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Willing to work in the field.

Salary & Benefits:

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
