Job Title: Sales support – Login to Disbursement (Rooftop Solar Finance)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Sales support Executive to manage the end-to-end Login to Disbursement (LTD) and Dealer onboarding process for Rooftop Solar Finance. The role involves coordinating with customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure timely loan processing, documentation, approvals, and disbursement while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the complete loan journey from login to disbursement.

· Coordinate with customers and dealers for document collection and query resolution.

· Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely approvals and disbursements

· Liaise with Credit, Sales, Risk, IT and Operations teams for seamless processing.





· Ensure compliance with company policies and TATs.

· Maintain accurate case records and provide regular status updates.

· Co ordinating with dealer for documentation for onboarding process.

Eligibility

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 1–3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services .

Skills

· Strong communication and stakeholder management.

· Valuable follow-up and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

· Ability to manage multiple cases and task efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
