We are hiring International Voice Process Executives to support US Motor Vehicle Insurance customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with insurance-related queries, generating qualified sales leads, and providing high-quality service.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a solid willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US motor vehicle insurance process
- Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calling and follow-ups
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Explain insurance coverage, guidelines, and documentation clearly
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction
- Record and update call details accurately in the system
- Follow company compliance and quality standards
- Work with internal teams for issue resolution when required
- Achieve targets related to quality, productivity, and sales conversion

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
