Job Purpose

To develop and monitor production plans, ensure material availability, optimize manufacturing schedules, and coordinate between Production, Procurement, Stores, and Dispatch for timely execution while achieving on-time customer deliveries and effective resource utilization.

Industry Preference

Preference will be given to candidates from the Tube, Pipe, or Fabrication Industry.

Candidates with knowledge of the following will be preferred:

- Stainless Steel Grades
- ASTM / ASME Codes
- Manufacturing Process Routes
- Production Planning in Tube/Pipe Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
- Forecast material requirements based on customer orders.
- Plan machine loading and production capacity.
- Coordinate procurement schedules with material requirements.
- Release production schedules through ERP.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production progress against planned schedules.
- Update ERP with production and inventory data.
- Track production achievement versus planned targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and material shortages.
- Review machine utilization and production delays.
- Analyze planning deviations and customer delivery commitments.




- Revise production plans based on changing priorities.
- Recommend improvements in production planning and inventory control.
- Reduce production delays through proactive coordination.
- Improve ERP planning accuracy and reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in the Tube, Pipe, or Fabrication Industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Stainless Steel materials, ASTM/ASME standards, and manufacturing process routes will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have good planning, coordination, and ERP skills.
- Fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates who are local residents near Mehsana (excluding Ahmedabad) are also encouraged to apply and will be provided on-the-job training.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
