Responsibilities

- Teach English language and literature effectively
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication
- Guide students for examinations and academic improvement
- Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents when required
