What You'll Do

- Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend the right online courses.
- Guide students through the entire admission journey—from enquiry to enrolment.
- Build trust by providing accurate information about universities, programs, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Update student details and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an excellent counselling experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and online education programs.

Who Can Apply?

Experience

- 1–3 years in Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, or Education Sales.




- Experience in Online Degree Counselling is an added advantage.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Skills We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for counselling and helping students.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- CRM knowledge (LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
