Job Description – Accounts ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and experience working with accounting software.

Must Have

- Knowledge of Opera Cloud and ALIF Accounting Software
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor company expenses and petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal departments for financial matters.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain the confidentiality of financial records and company information.

Skills Required

- Positive knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
