The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR and operational activities. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee documentation.
- Support HR administrative tasks and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment and operational processes.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
