Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and support overall sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and digital channels.
- Promote products/services to prospective customers and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, billing, and dispatch to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors,



and customer needs.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting systems.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is mandatory.
- MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.

Experience:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in field sales or client handling is an advantage.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month based on experience.
Performance incentives and growth opportunities available.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
