Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Independently identify, research, and profile premium B2B leads (engineering colleges, manufacturing firms, training centers) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and database tools.
- Build and maintain a robust, organized pipeline of high-intent prospects across assigned territories.

Cold Outreach & Discovery

- Execute end-to-end cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to secure discovery calls and product demo sessions.
- Craft personalized pitches that speak to the technical needs of engineering departments, placement cells, and manufacturing HR/training heads.

Field Sales & Relationship Building

- Conduct regular field visits to colleges, manufacturing units, and industry events to meet decision-makers face-to-face.
- Build solid, long-term relationships with institutional partners and corporate clients.
- Represent the brand at campus events, job fairs, and industry expos as needed.

CRM & Data Management

- Maintain an organized database, ensuring all lead interactions, follow-ups, meeting notes,



and sales metrics are accurately tracked in the CRM.
- Generate weekly reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

Sales Execution & Revenue Alignment

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
- Provide core tactical support to the Sales and Marketing heads to align daily output with monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate on pricing strategy, proposal development, and deal negotiation.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

- Conduct routine competitive analysis to map industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and emerging opportunities in the engineering skilling space.
- Identify untapped growth verticals (e.g., new geographies, industry sectors, or student cohorts) and present actionable insights to leadership.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
