About the Role

DEVI Sansthan is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Producer to manage the complete content production process—from concept development to filming, editing, and publishing. The ideal candidate should also be confident appearing on camera as an anchor or host whenever required.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, video production, social media strategy, and creating engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and direct engaging video content, including reels, shorts, event coverage, interviews, and announcements.
- Host or anchor videos, live sessions, and events when required.
- Edit and produce high-quality, publish-ready videos, audio, captions, and other multimedia content.
- Design thumbnails, social media creatives, and promotional graphics using Canva and AI-powered design tools.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI for scripting, content ideation, and creative workflows.
- Write engaging scripts, captions, and social media copy.




- Coordinate with leadership and event teams to capture and repurpose content from organizational programs and events.
- Ensure timely publishing and maintain high-quality content across all digital platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2–4 years of experience in social media content production.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in video shooting and editing.
- Confident on camera with excellent presentation and anchoring skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and a strong sense of visual design.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation and scripting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage the complete content production lifecycle.
