We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives for our Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer support. Freshers looking to start their career in Customer Service, BPO, or Call Center industry are welcome to apply.

Key Role & Responsibilities -

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide customer support and resolve customer queries
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Record customer details and update CRM/software
- Follow up with customers when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Skills Required -

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English




- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work in Voice Process / Call Center environment

Eligibility Criteria -

- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate eligible
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Day Shift Job Role
- 5 Day's working process

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
