Job Title: Social Media Marketing (SMM) Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to assist in managing our social media presence across platforms. The intern will help create content, schedule posts, engage with the audience, and support digital marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube
- Create engaging content including captions, reels ideas, posts, and stories
- Schedule and publish posts using social media tools
- Monitor comments, messages, and engage with followers
- Conduct basic research on trends, hashtags, and competitors
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Track and report social media performance (likes, reach, engagement)
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Valuable communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with interest in digital trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and take feedback positively

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Knowledge of social media analytics
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
