We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Field Service Engineers to join our team.
Position: Field Service Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Payroll : 3rd Party ( On Contract )
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI – Electrical / Fitter or any other (Freshers also can apply) or candidates with up to 1 year of experience .
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license
- Willing to travel daily to customer locations . on calls
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend customer service calls at various locations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
- Submit service reports and update job status regularly
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service support
