Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.
- Assist clients in selecting bridal, festive, occasion, and trousseau ensembles.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations based on body type, skin tone, occasion, and preferences.
- Demonstrate robust knowledge of fabrics, embroideries, silhouettes, and couture craftsmanship.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI and repeat clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Manage client appointments, fittings, alterations, and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and client databases.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, celebrity styles, and market developments in luxury ethnic wear.



Fashion consultants are often expected to research trends and create style narratives for clients and brands.
- Support trunk shows, exhibitions, and in-store events.
- Upsell accessories and complementary products to enhance the customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Retail Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, designer wear, or ethnic fashion.
- Prior experience in bridal couture or premium ethnic wear is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
