Marketplace Reconciliation

- Reconcile sales, collections, commissions, returns, and deductions received from e-commerce marketplaces.

Accounts Receivable

- Record marketplace collections and customer receipts.

- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for pending payments.

- Prepare ageing reports and payment reconciliation statements.

Invoice & Accounting

- Verify sales invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and tax invoices.

- Pass accounting entries in Tally

- Ensure accurate booking of marketplace commissions, logistics charges, and other deductions.

GST & Compliance

- Ensure GST compliance for e-commerce transactions.

- Reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B with books.

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

Payment & Vendor Management

- Process marketplace-related payments and adjustments.

- Maintain vendor and marketplace ledgers.

- Resolve payment disputes and deduction-related issues.

Financial Reporting

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
