Role Overview

- Position Title: E-commerce and Social Media Manager

- Department: Marketing / Digital Sales

- Reporting To: Head of Marketing or E-commerce Director

Key Responsibilities

- E-commerce Operations: Maintain online store performance, product listings, inventory sync, and user experience on platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.

- Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute multi-channel social media calendars across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

- Social Commerce: Set up product tagging, shoppable posts, and direct checkout features to convert social traffic into direct sales.

- Paid Advertising: Manage budgets and optimize paid social ad campaigns, retargeting, and promotional programs.

- Community Engagement:



Respond to comments and direct messages to foster customer loyalty.

- Analytics and Reporting: Track KPIs including conversion rates, web traffic, ROI, and engagement metrics Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce web platforms and running brand social media channels.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), social scheduling dashboards, and basic graphic design or video coordination.

- Soft Skills: Strong copywriting ability, commercial awareness, and multi-project organization.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
