Only for near candidates Dispatch Documentation Executive Fresher - Glass Industry Position Overview We are looking for a motivated fresher to assist in dispatch operations and documentation for our glass manufacturing unit The role includes coordinating shipments preparing basic documents and supporting logistics activities Training will be provided on industry-specific processes and handling of fragile glass products Key Responsibilities1 Dispatch Support Assist in scheduling and preparing daily dispatches Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure material readiness Learn proper packaging and handling techniques for glass sheets and processed glass 2 Documentation Prepare basic dispatch documents under supervision Delivery Challans E-way Bills Packing Lists Maintain filing systems and update dispatch records Learn ERP software entries related to dispatch 3 Coordination Communicate dispatch information to sales or senior staff Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and shipment movement Keep customers informed about dispatch status when required 4 Quality Safety Assist in checking product quantity and packaging before loading Follow all safety guidelines for handling fragile materials Report any issues or damages immediately to senior staff 5 Tracking Reporting Track deliveries and collect proof of delivery POD Update daily dispatch logs Assist in preparing basic reports for management Skills Qualifications Education Any Graduate Commerce Science or Arts Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain is an added advantage but not mandatory Skills Training Will Be Provided Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel Word Good communication skills Willingness to learn dispatch processes GST documentation and ERP systems Preferred Attributes Attention to detail Quick learner Team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Punctual and responsible Job Type Full time Work Location Angamaly Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
