About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to independently manage end-to-end digital marketing activities for multiple brands and clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, website optimization, and analytics. They should also be proficient in designing digital creatives and editing engaging short-form videos to support marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing campaigns from strategy to execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Independently manage digital marketing activities for multiple brands and clients. Plan campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content planning, and website audits. Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
- Monitor website health, indexing, and technical SEO performance.

Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
- Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
- Execute LinkedIn Ads and other paid campaigns when required.




- Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROI, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPL, and lead quality.

Social Media Marketing

- Develop content strategies and content calendars.
- Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate blogs, social media campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor engagement and recommend improvements based on performance data.

Website & Content Optimization

- Improve website content, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations and website improvements.
- Support landing page planning and optimization.

Creative Content Production

- Design engaging social media creatives, advertisements, banners, presentations, and other marketing assets.
- Edit high-quality short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific creatives and videos. Maintain visual consistency across all brands and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing content that supports campaign objectives.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag
- Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Looker Studio. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and business objectives.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO).




- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn Ads and organic social media marketing. Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
- Experience designing marketing creatives and editing professional short-form videos and reels for digital platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client management skills. Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Portfolio Requirement

- Applicants should submit a portfolio showcasing:
- SEO and performance marketing campaigns. Social media creatives. Account links.
- Short-form video/reel editing work.
- Any other relevant digital marketing projects.
