About the Role: We’re looking for a Media Buying Intern who wants to understand how performance marketing works at a serious level.

This is not a “watch and learn” internship.

You’ll work on live Meta and Google ad accounts, real budgets, real brands, and real performance targets.

You’ll sit inside the engine room of D2C growth.

What you'll do: Assist in planning and executing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

Track daily metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM — and understand what they actually mean

Help test new audiences, creatives, and placements

Support budget pacing and scaling decisions

Work closely with designers and strategists to align creatives with performance goals

Contribute to weekly performance reports with insights (not just numbers)





Observe how real optimisation decisions are made under pressure Who this is for: Someone who enjoys numbers and spotting patterns

Someone who asks “why did this work?” instead of just saying “it worked.”

Detail-oriented and comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

Basic understanding of Meta Ads or Google Ads (courses or self-learning included)

Eager to learn fast and take initiative
