About the Role

Sterling CloudWorks LLP is looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage Instagram and other social media platforms for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should understand content strategy, social media algorithms, audience engagement, and performance analytics while working closely with designers, videographers, editors, and content creators.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstagram Strategy & Growth

Develop monthly content strategies and calendars.

Plan engaging Instagram Reels, Carousels, Stories, and Posts.

Research trending topics, hooks, audio, and viral content ideas.

Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and followers.

Monitor competitors and industry trends.

Content Planning

Create detailed content briefs for designers and video editors.

Write engaging captions, CTAs, hashtags, and alt text.

Ensure brand consistency across all content.

Coordinate content approvals with clients.

Social Media Management

Schedule and publish content.

Maintain posting consistency.

Manage Stories, Highlights, and profile optimization.

Respond to comments and basic customer interactions.

Coordinate influencer and collaboration campaigns.

Performance Analysis

Monitor KPIs including

Views

Engagement Rate

Saves

Shares

Follower Growth

Watch Time

Generate weekly and monthly reports.

Recommend improvements based on analytics.

Paid Campaign Support

Assist in Instagram and Meta Ads.

Monitor campaign performance.

Coordinate lead generation campaigns.

Client Coordination

Attend client meetings.

Present monthly performance.

Gather content requirements.

Maintain content approval trackers.

Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms.

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads.

Canva knowledge is an advantage.

Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.

Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Metricool, etc.) is an advantage.

Qualifications
