What You'll Do

Content & Social Media

- Shoot and edit Reels, carousels, and stories for Instagram and Facebook, showcasing finished pieces, before/after redesign transformations, and behind-the-scenes craftsmanship.
- Plan content calendars around festivals, weddings, and seasonal occasions.
- Shoot and edit educational videos for our YouTube channel (yet to be launched).

Paid Advertising & SEO

- Run Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads targeting local and high-intent searches.
- Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile for local discovery.
- Basic local SEO for our website/Shopify store (yet to be launched).

E-commerce & Lead Management

- Manage our Shopify store; catalogue updates, product listings, pricing, and inventory.




- Set up and manage WhatsApp Business for customer inquiries.
- Track leads from inquiry through to consultation and order using a straightforward CRM/spreadsheet.

AI-Assisted Workflow

- Use AI tools to speed up content creation, captions, and editing.
- Comfortable using AI as a working tool (not just aware of it).

Reporting

- Track leads, ad performance, and social/store growth; report monthly insights

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
