Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. This role involves managing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting, as well as overseeing the finance team and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve the company's financial goals.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage the budgeting process, including the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Coordinate and oversee audits, both internal and external.
- Perform and manage Fund Raising plans and capital structure.
- Cash flow planning to match availability of funds with needs.
- Manage banking operations, Fund Management, and Treasury functions.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.




- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports.
- Identify opportunities to optimise revenue, reduce costs, and improve margins across all aspects of the business.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to foreign exchange transactions and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

- Qualified CA / CMA is must.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in leadership Role.
- Candidates only with Manufacturing background.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO (Preferred SAP HANA Implementation experience).
