Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate architectural, landscape, interior, sustainability, and allied design consultants.

- Ensure alignment of building-level designs with the overall campus masterplan and phasing strategy.

- Manage design interfaces across architecture, structure, MEPF, smart campus, and infrastructure.

- Safeguard approved design intent through all stages: concept, detail design & construction.

- Review design submissions for compliance with:

- Approved vision and masterplan

- Functional program and performance criteria

- Statutory and regulatory requirements

- Cost and constructability constraints

- Organize and manage structured design reviews, value engineering discussions, and peer reviews.

- Ensure design changes are:

- Documented

- Evaluated for impact (cost, schedule, approvals).

- Routed through the defined governance and approval process.

- Act as the single-point coordination interface for design consultants.

- Track consultant deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.





- Support scope clarity, role boundaries, and accountability across consultants.

- Coordinate with Statutory Approvals & Liaison Manager to ensure design compliance

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture

- Registration with Council of Architecture (preferred)

- 10–12 years’ experience in large institutional / campus / mixed-use projects

- Strong Understanding of Sustainable Architecture & Campus Development.

- Proven experience managing multi-consultant design environments

- Exposure to design-build and EPC delivery models preferred

- Robust architectural and spatial understanding

- Ability to balance design excellence with execution realities

- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills

- High professional integrity and decision disciplin
