Job Summary

We are looking for 2 energetic, committed individuals to join us as Customer Success Managers I. This is an entry-level position within our Customer Success function, well-suited for someone eager to build a career in client relationship management. As a CSM I, youll own a portfolio of B2B client accounts, serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, and help drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction across your accounts, all while contributing meaningfully to our mission of workplace mental wellness.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow engagement across a portfolio of 15-20 client accounts

- Cultivate strong working relationships with L1 stakeholders

- Plan and execute webinars, programs, and campaigns to drive engagement

- Analyze account data and prepare reports for stakeholders

- Travel as needed to support client engagement

- Flag and escalate red flags proactively

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
