– Manager (Accounts & Finance)

- Lead and manage capital-raising initiatives in coordination with investment banks, private equity firms, and financial institutions.

- Monitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash flows on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Identify and mitigate liquidity risks to ensure the business maintains adequate cash to meet its operational needs.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, new initiatives, and strategic decisions.

- Lead the annual budgeting process across all departments and business units.

Required Candidate Profile & Skills

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification.

- 5–6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or FP&A; roles.

- Solid proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in a fast-growing company, preferably in consumer or D2C sectors, is a plus.
