About the Opportunity A fast-scaling creative agency in the advertising and brand storytelling space, we partner with national and global brands to craft high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Our team thrives on bold ideas, strategic messaging, and data-informed creativity—turning brand narratives into cultural conversations across digital, broadcast, and OOH platforms. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 8–12 copywriters across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice, tone, and campaign excellence.
- Own end-to-end campaign ideation—from concept decks and taglines to scripts, social assets, and digital micro-copy—with a focus on conversion and emotional resonance.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and Account teams to align copy strategy with brand goals, media channels, and performance KPIs.
- Champion copywriting excellence by setting standards, conducting reviews, and implementing training modules to elevate team output.
- Present concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity, confidence,



and persuasive storytelling.
- Stay ahead of linguistic trends, platform-specific writing (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), and emerging brand voices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
