This is a full-time, on-site Conference Producer role based in Noida - Sector 62, intended for early-career professionals and recent graduates.

The Conference

Producer will support the end-to-end development of business conferences, including researching industry trends, identifying relevant topics, and shaping agendas that appeal to senior-level audiences. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, drafting content for conference programs, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with logistics related to event management.



The role also involves outreach to potential speakers, maintaining communication with confirmed presenters, and helping ensure that each event delivers strong value for attendees.

The Conference

Producer will work closely with senior producers and other departments to contribute to the successful delivery of each summit. Qualifications:-

Candidates should possess skills in conference production, including topic development, agenda creation, and basic program structuring.

Candidates should possess market research skills, such as analyzing industry trends, identifying key issues, and profiling target audiences.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills for qualified writing, email outreach, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should possess speaker acquisition skills, including identifying potential speakers, conducting outreach, and managing speaker relationships.

Candidates should possess event management skills to support planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.

Beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field; strong organizational and time-management abilities; proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; and an interest in global business trends and corporate events.
