Must Have Skills :

- 3 to 7 years in Commercial Lending Operations.
- Skills: Positive Communication skills (Written & Verbal), Good Analytical skills
- Graduate degree via regular, full-time education (minimum 15 years of standard schooling; correspondence or open university degrees are not eligible)
- Open to working all shift patterns.
- Compliance: Mandatory submission of relieving letters from all previous employers.

Opening Positions

Analyst 2+ Years Experience

Core Duties: Execute daily loan servicing activities, including loan boarding, maintenance, client inquiry resolution, email administration, and UCC compliance tracking.

- Transactions: Process loan repayments, manage escrow accounts, and provide administrative reporting and compliance support.
- Platform Systems: Must possess hands-on platform experience in one or more systems: Loan IQ, ACBS, AFS, Flexcube, Finacle, or BaNCS.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage internal and external client desks

Senior Analyst 4+ Years Experience)

- Core Duties : Deliver high-quality execution across specialized commercial lending verticals:
- Servicing & Fulfillment: Streamline loan servicing functions. Coordinate with closing departments and external legal counsel to prepare, review, and approve loan documentation (Facility & Security Agreements).



Ensure business terms perfectly map to credit committee approvals.
- Credit Assessment: Conduct in-depth credit assessments, prepare comprehensive credit applications, and complete annual reviews of commercial/CRE counterparties. Recommend risk-mitigating credit limits, obligor ratings, and specific underwriting terms.
- Prior experience with Loan IQ, ACBS, AFS, Flexcube, Finacle, BaNCS, FactSet, or Argus (CRE).

Team Lead / Subject Matter Expert 6+ Years Experience

- Core Duties: Provide strategic and functional oversight to teams of Analysts and Senior Analysts.
- Delivery Management: Manage daily operations workflows to meet strict, time-sensitive closing and servicing deadlines.
- Process Excellence: Act as the final escalation point for complex Commercial & Wholesale documentation checks (Facility & Security clauses).
- Client Management: Lead complex closing coordination pipelines and support change management initiatives across operational platforms.

Key Technical Competencies Candidates must demonstrate deep proficiency in at least one or more of the following specialized tool suites:

- Core Loan Systems: Finastra Loan IQ, FIS ACBS, AFS, Oracle Flexcube, Edgeverve Finacle, or TCS BaNCS.
- Credit & Analytical Tools: FactSet, Argus (CRE), or proprietary internal credit rating scoring models.
